▏Five Wonders of Alishan
Alishan mountain range is one of the five major mountain ranges in Taiwan. Alishan is not a single mountain but a general name for this mountain area; it has been prosperous with abundant cypress and cryptomeria since ancient times. From 1912, it became the largest logging site in Taiwan until the late 1960s. After logging by the Japanese and the Nationalist government, the original cypress forest was almost completely logged. Today, there are nearly forty giant cypress trees left around the first and second phase of the plank road, reminding people of the majestic and sacred forest of the past. Among them, the tallest "Alishan Fragrant Forest Sacred Tree", standing 45 meters high with a trunk circumference of 12.3 meters and an estimated age of 2300 years, is a must-visit spot in Alishan.
▏Eight Scenic Spots of Alishan
The Alishan National Forest Recreation Area is rich in ecology. The most unique plants are the rare Dolichosandra scandens, Soma fir, Alishan Ten Merits, and Single Leaf Orchid; while notable fauna includes the Formosan rock macaque, Mikado pheasant, bush warbler, Alishan robin, and Alishan loach. The area is bustling with these little superstar inhabitants.
Besides the sacred trees, Alishan has many attractions worth seeing: a forest railway, the ethereal Sisters' Pond, the vast and moving sea of clouds, the beautiful Zhushan sunrise, Shouzhen Palace, the century-old Ciyun Temple, forestry historical relics, and various cherry trees and rhododendron blossoms in spring... Entry will be denied if the matching number of QR Codes is not presented.
- If you need to cancel, you must complete the refund process before 11:59 PM (23:59) the day prior to your reserved date. Refunds will not be accepted after this deadline. [Example] To cancel a trip booked for August 1st, the refund application must be completed by 11:59 PM on July 31st, after which the system company will process the refund.

Bus 9 is a regular bus via Fenqihu (Route number 7322A), extending the trip by about 30 minutes
